Package any third-generation lentiviral vector as MERS-CoV spike protein (S-protein) pseudotyped lentiviral particles that can be used to run coronavirus neutralization assays and similar infection studies under BSL-2 guidelines.

The MERS Spike Protein Pseudotyped Lentiviral Packaging Mix uses the same packaging system as Cellecta's standard VSV-G Packaging Mix, but substitutes the gene for the viral coat protein with the MERS-CoV coronavirus S-protein.
