Product Information

Third-generation replication-incompetent lentiviral vector expressing the luciferase reporter gene packaged as viral particles which are pseudotyped with VSV-G, which enables transduction of virtually any mammalian cell.

This product is designed as a positive control for pseudovirus infection when performing transduction assays with pseudotyped lentiviral particles targeting specific cell receptors, such as Cellecta's SARS Spike protein pseudotyped lentivirus.
