Product Information

Third-generation replication-incompetent lentiviral vector expressing GFP reporter gene packaged as viral particles which are pseudotyped with the SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19) coronavirus spike glycoprotein protein (S-protein) which recognizes and binds to the ACE2 cell surface receptor to mediate coronavirus cell entry. This product enables investigators to run neutralization assays and related studies that investigate factors which influence spike recognition and binding to target cells in BSL-2 laboratories.
