Abstract:

Pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma (PDAC) is a highly lethal malignancy, in part attributed to recurrence following standard-of-care treatment. In this webinar, the speakers will discuss the development of an integrated platform to inform on intra-tumoral vulnerability context from gene-cluster trends.

Leveraging a representative patient-derived xenograft cohort, the platform was used to integrate a PDAC co-expression network (PCEN) with customized  in vivofunctional genomics to define cluster-anchored vulnerabilities. This enabled characterization of PCEN representation intra-tumorally, and feature-barcoded, single-cell analysis was then used to validate subcellular targeting following PCEN-informed CRISPR perturbation.

In this webinar, you will learn:

  • How transcriptome data was used to get insight into PDAC
  • How functional genomics was integrated with disease-specific networks to establish dependency context
  • How to validate intra-tumoral targets and deal with tumor heterogeneity

A brief overview of Cellecta technologies and live Q&A session will follow the presentation.
