Cellecta COVID-19 update (as of 08/02/21)
Dear Valued Cellecta Customer:
Together with our neighbors in the San Francisco Bay Area and the State of California, Cellecta is complying with the local Public Health Order in effect until further notice.
Please note the following changes to our day-to-day operations:
As a biomedical products supplier, Cellecta will only have staff onsite as needed to ensure minimum basic operations and business continuity. Our site is not open to the public and we are not allowing on-site visits or meetings during this time. However, for as long as FedEx and UPS continue to make deliveries, we will continue to send and receive orders.
Most business activities will continue, even as the majority of our employees are now working remotely to minimize potential spread of the virus. During these days, please email firstname.lastname@example.org or your Cellecta contact directly with any questions or concerns. We will respond as promptly as possible.
We plan to keep every customer updated as usual about any changes with their order(s). We will provide these updates via email.
Cellecta off-the-shelf products continue to be available for purchase online at cellecta.com/e-shop with no delay in indicated lead times.
