These 5M barcode validated, pooled lentiviral libraries can be used to easily label more ~ 1 million cells with heritable unique barcodes. Multiple pools are available so that you can label several cell populations with non-overlapping barcodes. The RNA-expressed barcodes that are readily detected in RNA-Seq and single-cell expression analysis.
CloneTracker XP Libraries incorporate barcodes into the UTR of an RNA transcript. These library pools have the barcode in the 3'-UTR compatible with oligo-dT cDNA synthesis protocols.
