Lentiviral constructs expressing the DPP4 cell receptor which mediates binding and entry by the Spike protein expressed by the MERS virus. This ready-made construct can be used to make DPP4-expressing mammalian cell lines susceptible to infection by MERS-CoV viruses pseudotyped with the MERS-spike protein.

This lentiviral vector is available as plasmid and pre-packaged virus.
