Product Information

Package any third-generation lentviral vector as SARS-CoV spike protein (S-protein) pseudotyped lentiviral particles that can be used to run coronavirus neutralization assays and similar infection studies under BSL-2 guidelines.

The SARS Spike Protein Pseudotyped Lentiviral Packaging Mix uses the same packaging system, as Cellecta's standard VSV-G Packaging Mix but substitutes the gene for the viral coat protein with the SARS coronavirus S-protein.

Packaging systems for a number of different Spike Proteins are available
