Powered by Cellecta’s proprietary primer design pipeline and optimized multiplex PCR workflow, our DriverMap™ Multiplex Targeted PCR Assays provide highly sensitive, targeted analysis of gene expression and immune receptor repertoires through proprietary multiplex PCR assays coupled with next-generation sequencing (NGS). Multiplex PCR amplification of specific targeted amplicons provides precise and reproducible quantification that enables researchers to efficiently quantify expression levels of tens of thousands of protein-coding genes and survey the diversity of hundreds of thousands of T- and B-cell receptors (TCRs/BCRs) clonotypes—even in limited samples.

Gene Expression Profiling with Unmatched Sensitivity and Reproducibility

The DriverMap Expression Profiling (EXP) Assays enable rapid and sensitive whole-transcriptome gene expression profiling from total RNA for biomarker discovery and differential expression studies. The assay is compatible with complex samples such as FFPE, dried blood, or xenografts. Since there is no requirement for rRNA depletion or mRNA enrichment, the DriverMap EXP assay is ideal when profiling small samples and limited amounts of cells. In fact, with low numbers of cells, including FNA samples, expression can be assayed directly in cell lysate.
