This allows flexibility for customers who want to use different packaging plasmid ratios, for example, to maximize titer in their cell line of interest. It also allows for the use of alternative envelope plasmids or other packaging plasmids.

Cellecta's 2-plasmid Lentiviral Packaging Mix (Catalog # CPCP-K2A) consists of psPAX2 and pMD2.G, and the 3-plasmid Lentiviral Packaging Mix (Catalog # CPCP-K3A) contains pGAG, pREV, and pMD2.G

The individual plasmids are provided in 1 mg quantities.
