Integrated Immune Profiling for Rapid Discovery of Antigen-Specific Clonotypes
Listen and learn how an integrated immune-profiling workflow can quickly pinpoint antigen-specific T and B cell clonotypes. By linking bulk and single-cell sequencing with practical functional assays, this approach streamlines epitope discovery, helping researchers map tumor-immune interactions and more easily develop targeted immunotherapies, biomarkers, and next-generation cell-based treatments.
Friday, April 17, 2026, from 1:45 - 2:30 pm in Exhibitor Workshop Room #1 in Exhibit Hall A, Level 1
Speaker 1: Alex Chenchik, Ph.D., Cellecta President & CSO
Speaker 2: Guido Stadler, Ph.D., Celldom Director of Live Cell BiologyÂ
Guido is leading the development of live cell biology assays on the CloneXplorer platform at Celldom. The CloneXplorer combines innovative microwell-plates and an automated live cell imager that can identify and recover single cells or co-cultures based on their functional properties. Current focus is on workflows for TCR-discovery, TCR-validation, cell line development, high content drug screening, and isolation of rare, drug-resistant cancer cells. Before joining Celldom in 2023, Guido established T cell applications at Berkeley Lights (now Bruker Cellular Analysis).
II. Block Symposium
TCR-epitope screening using the Jurkat NFAT Reporter-K562 APC cell system on the Microwell ELISpot Platform
Saturday, April 18, from 1:45 - 2:00 pm in Room 151
Presented by Alex Chenchik, Ph.D., Cellecta President & CSO
III. Poster
POSTER NUMBER 574: Streamlined and cost-effective 96-well plate NGS assay for single-cell immune receptor chain pairing and T/B cell immunophenotyping
Saturday, April 18, from 2:30 - 3:30 pmin the exhibit hall
Presented by Alex Chenchik, Ph.D., Cellecta President & CSOÂ
