Product Information

Cellecta’s CloneTracker XP™ 10M-3' Barcode Libraries are ready-to-use expressed barcode libraries that enable you to easily label more than half a million cells with heritable unique barcodes. These are RNA-expressed barcodes that are readily detected in RNA-Seq and single-cell expression analysis.

These libraries have a barcode in the 3'-UTR that is compatible with oligo-dT cDNA synthesis protocols.

Instead of a fluorescent protein marker, CloneTracker XP-rLuc libraries have a red-shifted luciferase (rLuc) derived from Photinus pyralis (Ppy RE9 mutant) as a reporter for bioluminescent imaging (BI).
