Product Information

Cellecta offers specialized Jurkat T-cell Receptor (TCR) Reporter Cell lines designed to facilitate high-fidelity assays for T-cell activation. These lines are CRISPR-edited to knock out endogenous TCR α/β chains, express CD8 (important for TCR-R-pMHC affinity), and boost TCR signaling.

Each reporter cell line features a robust NFAT-GFP reporter system, enabling precise readout of T-cell activation via fluorescence.

Available Types

  • TCR Knockout Reporter Cell Line (or TCR Knockout cells without a reporter system) for pairing with any transgenic TCR constructs.
  • Peptide-Specific TCR Reporter Lines expressing HLA-A*0201-restricted CMV, EBV, or FLU TCRs, useful as control cell lines with known peptides.
