Cellecta’s K562 cell lines are engineered for use as antigen-presenting cells (APCs) in T-cell receptor (TCR) functional assays. These polyclonal cell lines stably express HLA-A02:01, a common MHC Class I allele. K562 cells are available in two formats, puromycin selection or BFP expression. We also provide an option for the CMV peptide-expressing APC, with the sequence NLVPMVATV.

This cell line can be pulsed with specific peptides or co-cultured with Jurkat reporter cells (e.g., Cellecta Cat.# YJUR-TCMV-PBle). It can also be transduced to express a single peptide or a peptide library.
