Tet-inducible sgRNA targeting the copGFP fluorescent protein in a lentiviral vector (no Cas9). The U6 promoter driving sgRNA expression is responsive to the tetracycline analog doxocycline. Usually used as a CRISPR negative control, but can be used as a positive control if cells have been engineered to express copGFP. Lentiviral copGFP expression construct is available separate from Cellecta.
