DriverMap™ AIR TCR-BCR Profiling Kit (Mouse DNA)

The DriverMap™ AIR DNA Assay for Mouseis a streamlined, NGS-based assay that enables you to quantify T-cell and B-cell clonality with unprecedented accuracy, even with low-input DNA.

By targeting the CDR3 (Complementarity-Determining Region 3)—the hypervariable fingerprint of immune receptors—this reagent kit provides a high-resolution snapshot of the immune repertoire directly from mouse genomic DNA.

Each DriverMap™ AIR TCR-BCR Profiling Reagent Kit includes all specialized enzymes, primers, and reagents required for target enrichment and library preparation; however, to run the libraries on Illumina® next-generation sequencing (NGS) platforms, a compatibleUniversal Unique Dual Index (UDI) NGS Index Platemust be purchased separately as a required component of the workflow.
