Universal Unique Dual Index (UDI) NGS Plates are required as a separate component kit for use in sequencing the libraries prepared using the

DriverMap Adaptive Immune Receptor (AIR) Profiling Reagent Kits

DriverMap Targeted RNA-Seq Expression (EXP) Profiling Reagent Kits

Each plate contains 96 unique indexes, with a combination of forward and reverse DNA/RNA primers. These UDIs enable sample demultiplexing and superior data integrity on Illumina next-generation sequencing platforms.

  • Multiplexing: The UDI plates are available in four distinct, non-overlapping sets (A, B, C, and D). While a single 96-well plate provides sufficient diversity for standard runs, the four sets can be pooled to enable up to 384 unique index combinations in a single flow cell

  • Flexibility: Each well contains 20 µL of 10X concentrated index primer mix, providing significant protocol versatility. With this format, you can run up to 384 reactions (96 samples per flow cell) or reuse the same indexes for multiple batches.
